Clovers Beach Volleyball is committed to selecting athletes for our international tours in a manner that reflects openness, fairness, transparency, and integrity. Selections occur through an open trial process whereby athletes are assessed on their technical and tactical ability, consistency, and demonstrated potential. Athletes must also demonstrate they are suitable to compete in the United States, including having demonstrated an ability to be trained to compete at a level commensurate with US Beach Volleyball standards and to meet applicable eligibility requirements set by USA Volleyball and the Beach Volleyball Clubs of America (BVCA). Consideration is given to team dynamics, including communication, commitment, and the ability to work effectively with partners, as well as an athlete’s physical and mental readiness to meet the demands of international competition.
